摘　　要：分析我国科技创新服务平台的知识产权风险,并基于对国外相对成熟的科技创新服务平台(InnoCentive)的知识产权保护机制的深入剖析,针对我国科技创新服务平台的知识产权风险,提出设置弹性的身份认证制度、制定针对性的知识产权的保护条例、建立安全的线上信息交流渠道以及制定明确的利益制度等建议。This paper analyzes the risks of intellectual property of technological innovation service platforms of China and puts forward a series of suggestions for such risks based on the in-depth analysis on the intellectual property right protection mechanism implemented by the InnoCentive,a mature service platform for technological innovation,including setting elastic identity authentication system,formulating specific rules for the protection of intellectual property rights,establishing safe channels for online information exchange,and clarifying the system specifically for the benefit distribution.
