摘 要:通过利用PP模型处理高维数据降维的特点,解决SFA方法测度科技金融投入产出效率中存在的问题。在此基础上,对2010—2017年我国科技金融投入和产出的省级面板数据进行实证研究可知,东、中、西部科技金融效率均值存在差异,各区市科技金融发展不均衡。地方政府和金融机构的科技金融投入正向促进我国科技金融效率。R&D人员总量是促进科技金融效率提升的有利因素。根据实证结果,论文提出相应建议。This paper uses PP model to deal with the feature of dimensionality reduction of high-dimensional data,the problems existing in measuring the inputs and outputs efficiency of science and technology finance by SFA method were solved.On this basis,the empirical study on the provincial panel data of China's sci-tech finance input and output from 2010 to 2017 shows that there are differences in the mean values of sci-tech finance efficiency in the eastern,central and western regions,and uneven development of sci-tech finance in each province.The inputs of local government and financial institutions in science and technology finance is promoting the efficiency of science and technology finance in China.The total number of R&D personnel is a favorable factor to promote the efficiency of technology and finance.According to the empirical results,the paper puts forward corresponding suggestions.
