抗抑郁药物相关多汗症中医诊疗探讨

摘　　要：探讨属于抗抑郁药物不良反应范畴多汗症的中医证治。该病症属于中医“药邪”“药毒”等范畴,存在“病郁同存”的病机演变过程,日久会造成脾胃受损、气阴衰惫、遗热羁留的结局。该病症有别于普通内科汗证,自有其临床特点,而依据临床表现进行诊断具有局限性,治疗上提出病郁同治的治疗原则,灵活使用益气、养阴、清热之法,全程注重护胃运脾、解郁安神,分别以健脾益气、燥湿醒脾和行气解郁、养心重镇安神为主,不可盲目见汗止汗,并附医案印证。This article discusses syndrome and therapy of hyperhidrosis belonging to the category of antidepressant adverse reactions.The disease belongs to the categories of“drug evil”and“drug toxin”in Chinese medicine.There is a pathogenesis evolution process of“disease and depression coexisting”.Over time,it will cause damage to the spleen and stomach,exhaustion of qi and yin,and detention of heat.It has its own clinical characteristics.However,the diagnosis based on clinical manifestations is limited.In the treatment,the principle of treating both the disease and depression is put forward,and the methods of benefiting qi,nourishing yin,and clearing heat are used flexibly,and the whole process focuses on protecting the stomach,mobilizing the spleen,resolving stagnation for tranquilization.Respectively to invigorating spleen and benefiting qi,dry dampness and awaken the spleen,activating qi to resolving stagnation,nourishing heart and tranquillization with heavy prescription.Do not blindly see sweat and stop sweating,and attach medical records to confirm.
