摘 要:本文以C#为平台开发人机交互界面,通过二次开发技术将建模、网格划分、仿真计算等过程融合在一个平台,开发了适用于矿山尾矿充填输送的专用仿真计算平台。该平台降低了对设计和仿真人员的依赖,通过简单的参数输入实现了充填管路系统的三维参数化建模、压力场和速度场的模拟分析。该平台成功应用于某矿山充填输送过程料浆的压力、流速和沿程阻力的模拟计算,为充填系统的方案优化、瓶颈环节识别和未来生产预测提供了强有力的手段。This paper takes C# as the platform to develop man-machine interface. Through the secondary development technology, the modeling, grid division, simulation calculation and other processes are integrated into one platform, and a special simulation calculation platform for mine tailings filling and transportation is developed. The platform reduces the dependence on designers and simulators. With very simple input parameters, three-dimensional parametric modeling of filling piping system and simulation analysis of pressure field and velocity field are realized. The platform has been successfully applied to the simulation calculation of slurry pressure, velocity and drag in the filling and conveying process of a mine, which provides a powerful means for the optimization of filling system plan, identification of bottleneck link and prediction of future production.
