摘  要:本文记录了采用加压浸出法处理白云鄂博选铌尾矿回收钪的工业化试验工厂中加压釜、固液分离设备的选型及系统设计过程。对于含氟、铁原料的硫酸高温加压浸出工况,采用钢衬PTFE釜,对物料采用蒸汽直接加热。同时整个浸出系统采用连续浸出、连续闪蒸的方式,以避免局部的负压及温度、压力的变化对PTFE材料产生不利影响。为了全流程实现自动化连续生产,固液分离设备也采用能实现连续过滤的立式压滤机。The paper records the selection and system design process of the pressurized autoclave and solid-liquid separation equipment in the industrial pilot plant that uses pressure leaching to recover scandium from the niobium tailings in the Bayan Obo separation plant. For the high-temperature sulfuric acid pressure leaching of F and Fe-containing raw materials, PTFE lined steel autoclave is used, and the steam is directly mixed with slurry to heated. Meanwhile, the continuous leaching and continuous flashing system is used to avoid negative impact on PTFE material by partial negative pressure, temperature change and pressure change. In order to realize the automatic and continuous production, a vertical filter press which can realize continuous filtration is selected as the solid-liquid separation equipment.
