摘 要:某国某铝厂建厂时从中国采购的8台6 t真空抬包目前已使用将近5年时间,减速机中的蜗轮蜗杆机构磨损严重,已影响正常的生产工作,因此考虑到降低采购成本、提高倾转效率的目的,本次设计对原有减速机蜗轮蜗杆机构进行重新设计,由2级蜗轮蜗杆机构改进为3级蜗轮蜗杆机构,并经过详细的力学分析和公式计算确定了蜗轮蜗杆的详细参数和工艺指标,并交由当地机械加工厂进行加工生产,目前已完成该8台6 t真空抬包的改造,运行良好,为铝厂降低了直接生产成本。At present, eight 6 t vacuum ladles that purchased from China have been used for nearly 5 years in an aluminum plant in some country. The worm gear mechanism in the reducer is seriously worn, which has affected the normal production work. Therefore, taking into account the purpose of reducing procurement costs and improving tilt efficiency, this design redesigned the original reducer worm gear mechanism, which was improved from a 2-stage worm gear mechanism to a 3-stage worm gear mechanism. The detailed parameters and process indicators have been confirmed after detailed mechanical analysis and formula calculation and handed over to the local mechanical plant for production. At present, the transformation of the eight 6 t vacuum ladles has been completed. The eight 6 t vacuum ladles are running well and reduces direct production cost for aluminum plant.
