摘　　要：本文阐述近年来作者对牙轮钻机采矿现场穿孔操作标准研究与应用,分析牙轮钻机现场穿孔操作标准的重要性,研究牙轮钻机在各种工况条件下的现场穿孔操作标准与理论差异,总结现场穿孔操作标准关键程序,延长牙轮钻机关键部件的使用寿命,解决穿孔操作故障频繁发生的技术难题,杜绝钻机司机过载及野蛮操作钻头断裂等事故发生,保证牙轮钻机安全、高效及稳定的运行,获得良好的经济效益,将在太钢矿山推广。This paper describes the author’s research and Application on the field drilling operation standard of the rotary drilling machine in recent years, analyzes the importance of the field drilling operation standard of the rotary drilling machine, studies the field drilling operation standard and theoretical differences under various working conditions of the rotary drilling machine, summarizes the key procedures of the field drilling operation standard, prolongs the service life of the key components of the rotary drilling machine, and solves the failure frequency of the drilling operation It is necessary to avoid accidents such as overload of the driver of the drilling machine and breaking of the bit during rough operation, so as to ensure the safe, efficient and stable operation of the rotary drilling machine and obtain good economic benefits, which will be popularized in the mine of TISCO.
