刘伟胜教授辨治食管癌的经验

摘　　要：食管癌是中国高发的一种肿瘤疾病,其病程复杂,治疗方法多样化。刘伟胜教授根据患者病情阶段辨治食管癌,强调全程管理、中西医结合。根据食管癌患者早中晚期的不同,刘教授确立了疏肝理气、化痰祛瘀、益气养血、温补脾肾的大法,根据所接受手术、放疗、化疗方式的不同,又有调养气血、清热解毒、固护脾胃、益气生血的区别。同时注重攻邪与扶正相结合,辨病、辨证论治,达到“带瘤生存”,延长总生存期,提高生活质量,取得较好的临床疗效。Esophageal cancer is a tumor disease with a high incidence in China,which has a complicated course and diversified treatment methods.Professor Liu Weisheng distinguishes and treats esophageal cancer according to the stage of the patients’condition,emphasizes full-course management and integrates Chinese and Western medicine.According to the early,middle and late stages of patients with esophageal cancer,Professor Liu establishes the methods of soothing the liver and regulating qi,reducing phlegm and removing blood stasis,supplementing qi and nourishing blood,warming the spleen and kidney.According to the different methods of surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,there are also differences in adjusting qi and blood,clearing heat and detoxifying,strengthening spleen and stomach,tonifying qi and producing blood.At the same time,Professor Liu Weisheng pays attention to the combination of attacking pathogens and strengthening healthy qi,diseases differentiation and syndromes differentiation,that achieves“survival with tumor”,prolongs the overall survival period,improves the quality of life,and achieves better clinical efficacy.
