摘　　要：新时代,在我国社会主要矛盾发生转化的大背景下,公安工作面临的形势和任务也随之深刻变化。公安院校适应新变化、新要求,应正确处理“办好高等教育”与“服务公安实战”、公安人才培养与公安行业发展、“立德树人”与“育警铸魂”的关系,践行公安教育“为警铸剑”的初心和使命,涵养人民警察为人民的职业精神,培育敢打必胜的公安预备人才。In the context of the transformation of major social contradictions in China,the situation of police enforcing the law has also changed.Police colleges should correctly handle the relationship between“running higher education well”and“serving public security,”the training of police personnel and the development of the public security industry,practice the mission of police education,cultivate the professional spirit of the police and cultivate the preparatory personnel of the police.
