摘　　要：目的:探索以实际病例为引导的问题教学方法在外科见习中的教学效果。方法:选取我院2016年级见习学生80人。使用以实际病例为引导的问题教学方法完成见习带教,课程结束后进行问卷调查。结果:以实际病例为引导的问题教学方法能有效培养自主思维、学习能力、理论联系实际的能力、团队意识、表达能力,也能活跃课堂气氛。结论:以实际病例为引导的问题教学方法有利于提高学生的学习效率,提高教学质量,提高教师的综合素质。Objective:To explore the teaching effect of problem-based teaching method guided by actual cases in surgical probation.Methods:80 interns in 2016 of were selected.The problem-based teaching method guided by actual cases was used to complete the teaching of probation,and questionnaire survey was conducted after the course.Results:The problembased teaching method guided by actual cases can effectively cultivate students'ability of independent thinking,learning ability,the ability of combing theory with practice,team consciousness and expression ability,and can also activate the classroom atmosphere.Conclusion:The problem-based teaching method guided by actual cases is conducive to improving students'learning efficiency,teaching quality and teachers'comprehensive quality.
