摘　　要：文章针对地方高校人才培养特点,分析“三全育人”的内容及当前地方高校学生党建工作构建中存在的问题,旨在通过这些影响因素的分析,创设行之有效的解决方案,增强兼职辅导员的引导职能,提升学生党建工作的整体质量,实现地方高校综合型人才培养的目的。According to the characteristics of the local university personnel training,the present study analyzes the content and structure of"Three Whole Education"and summarizes the current problems existing in the local university students'Party construction work so as to create effective solutions to enhance the guiding function of part-time counselors,improve the overall quality of students'Party construction,and achieve the goal of comprehensive cultivation of talents in local colleges.
