摘 要:微纳电子器件是一门涉及微电子、集成电路先进制造工艺和表征技术的课程。由于“中兴”“华为”事件,我国微电子科学与产业技术引起广泛关注和讨论。文章以微纳电子器件课程改革为契机,在课堂教学中融入思政元素,展示我国微电子领域取得的成就,引导大家客观评价我国微电子产业技术,建立对我国微电子科学发展的信心和兴趣,实现知识传授和价值引领同频共振。Micro-Nano Electronic Devices is a course involving microelectronics,integrated circuit advanced manufacturing technology and characterization technology.Due to the"ZTE"and"Huawei"incidents,China's microelectronics science and industrial technology have been widely concerned and discussed.This paper takes the Micro-Nano Electronic Devices course reform as an opportunity to incorporate ideological and political elements into classroom teaching,demonstrates the achievements in the field of microelectronics in our country and guides students to objectively evaluate China's microelectronics industry,so as to establish students'confidence and interest in the development of microelectronics in the country and realize the goal of knowledge transfer and value guidance.
