摘　　要：针对目前地方高校将研究生管理重心下移到二级学院的现状,该文从二级学院研究生管理工作的特点和难点入手,分析了二级学院研究生管理体制的现状和问题,再从动力机制、约束机制和激励机制的角度,提出了构建二级学院管理主体转置交织矩阵式研究生管理体制的建议,这将为二级学院的研究生管理提供参考。In view of the current situation that local universities shift the focus of graduate management to secondary colleges,this paper starts with the characteristics and difficulties of graduate management in secondary colleges and analyzes the current situation and problems of graduate management system in secondary colleges.Then from the perspective of dynamic mechanism,constraint mechanism and incentive mechanism,it is proposed to construct a matrix type graduate management system with transposition and interweaving of management subjects in secondary colleges,which will provide a reference for graduate management of secondary colleges.
