摘　　要：职业素养是高校辅导员的基本素养之一,提升职业素养对于提高高校思政工作质量具有重要意义。该文通过分析当前辅导员队伍职业素养方面存在的不足,并提出对策。Professional quality is an important part of college counselors'comprehensive quality,which directly affects the overall quality and level of ideological and political education work.This paper analyzes a series of problems and deficiencies existing in the current college counselors'professional quality,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the college counselors'professional quality.
