地方高校资助体系思政教育功能的研究

摘　　要：为了促进教育公平,地方高校逐渐完善和实施资助政策,并形成了一套完整的体系。在实施资助政策的过程中,发现其中除了促进教育公平的功能以外,还具有一定的思政教育功能。然而,截至目前,如何有效发挥地方高校资助体系中的思政教育功能,仍然是我国高校所困扰的问题。因此,以地方高校资助体系思政教育功能的重要作用为着眼点,分析当前资助工作开展过程中存在的问题,并提出了有效发挥地方高校资助体系中的思政教育功能的建议,以期更好地推动地方高校资助工作开展以及发挥其中思政教育对学生的积极导向。In order to promote educational equity, local colleges and universities have gradually improved and implemented funding policies and formed a complete system. and formed a complete system. In the process of implementation, it is found that in addition to the function of promoting educational equity, the funding policy has certain ideological and political education functions. However, up to now, how to give full play to the ideological and political education function in the funding system of local colleges and universities is still a problem for colleges and universities in China. Based on the local university education funding system, this paper takes the important function of education as the starting point to analyze the current financing problems existing in the process of work, and puts forward the effective play to local university funding system of ideological education function, in order to better promote the local colleges and universities funded work, and play the ideological education on students’ positive guidance.
