适度匮乏在高校学生工作中的应用

摘　　要："无欲无求,得过且过"几乎成为目前大学生的新常态,其内在原因为匮乏感不足导致的上进心缺失。由主动探索带来的匮乏感得到满足,是幸福感和成就感的来源,是获取驱动力的正确方式,也是人类固有的本能。在高校学生工作中利用匮乏感机制对学生加以引导和训练,是促使学生积极向上的良法善策。而且匮乏感机制的利用不仅限于文化知识的学习,它可以应用到生活中的各个方面,以达到事半功倍的效果。At present, "No desire, no demand, muddle along" has almost become the new normal state of college students, which is caused by the lack of self-improvement. Being satisfied with the sense of want brought by active exploration is the source of happiness and achievement, the right way to obtain driving force, and also the inherent instinct of human beings. To guide and train the students by using the sense of want mechanism in the work of college students is a good way to promote the students to be positive. Moreover, the use of the sense of want mechanism is not limited to the study of cultural knowledge, and it can be applied to all aspects of life, in order to achieve twice the result with half the effort.
