摘  要:当代大学生健全人格的培养具有重要意义。人格心理学流派众多、角度不同,其很难从整体上认识和解决人格问题。这需要从中国优秀传统文化中吸取营养,从儒家思想中寻找依据,尤其需要借鉴儒家理想人格的根本内涵和实现途径。从"十六字心传"引出"阳明心学",明确"知行合一"是克制私欲的途径;儒家"内圣外王"理想人格以"修身"为本,提倡反求诸己、为己之学";致真"是传统文化的精髓,而"用诚"是儒家独有的,大学生要自强不息、厚德载物,追求自我实现。在这个过程中才能养成健全人格。The development of a sound personality is very important for contemporary college students. Personality psychology has many schools with different viewpoints, so it is difficult to understand and solve personality issues completely through personality psychology courses. This requires absorbing nutrition from excellent Chinese traditional culture and finding basis from Confucianism, especially from the basic connotation and the way of developing Confusion ideal personality. Yangming Heart Study derived from the "Sixteen Character Biography" and it is clear that the unity of knowing and doing is a way to restrain selfish desire. Self-cultivation is the essence of Confusion ideal personality, so we should turn inwards and examine ourselves. In the pursuit of self-realization, college students should strive for self-improvement and moral integrity. Only in this way, can they develop a sound personality.
