摘 要:针对目前高校轨道车辆转向架拆装实习的现状,结合实践教学改革实际需求,运用Solid Works软件开发了具有三维动态性、真实性和交互性较强的虚拟拆装教学系统,学生使用鼠标键盘进行虚拟拆装操作,不受设备数量和场地等因素的限制,可以弥补传统车辆公司实习的缺点,有效解决了现阶段车辆工程专业车辆转向架拆装实习不易操作的教学难题。可充分调动学生的学习积极性和能动性,使学生分析问题和解决问题的能力大大提高。In view of the current situation of the practice of disassembling and assembling the bogies of railway vehicles in colleges and universities, combined with the actual needs of practical teaching reform, a virtual disassembling and assembling teaching system with three-dimensional dynamics, authenticity and interactivity is developed by using Solid Works software. Students can use the mouse and keyboard to carry out virtual disassembling and assembling operation, which is not limited by the number of equipment and site, and can make up for the practice of traditional vehicle companies and effectively solve the teaching problem that the practice of vehicle bogie disassembly is not easy to operate. It can fully mobilize students’ learning enthusiasm and initiative, and greatly improve students’ ability to analyze and solve problems.
