摘  要:阳离子捕收剂中季铵捕收剂的捕收性能较为突出,因此研究了十二烷基三甲基氯化铵(C12QN)、十四烷基三甲基氯化铵(C14QN)、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵(C16QN)、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(C18QN)等4种不同链长的季铵捕收剂对石英矿样的浮选行为,结果表明:4种季铵捕收剂在pH为6.0~8.0、浓度为0.1mmol/L的条件下对石英具有较强的捕收能力,且捕收剂在石英表面主要以物理吸附和氢键的形式存在。Among the cationic collectors,the performance of quaternary ammonium collectors to be used for flotation is prominent,therefore the flotation behavior of quartz samples using four kinds of quaternary ammonium collectors with different length of chains,including dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(C12QN),tetradecyltrimethylammonium chloride(C14QN),hexadecyltrimethyl ammonium chloride(C16QN)and octadecyltrimethyl ammonium chloride(C18QN)were studied.The results show that the excellent flotation performance of the quartz sample as function of the four quaternary ammonium collectors could be achieved when the pH was 6.0-8.0and the collector concentration was 0.1mmol/L in pulp.Meanwhile it is found that physical adsorption and hydrogen bond as the primary force function between quartz surface and collectors.
