摘  要:传统矿浆取样方法及设备在对质量分数高、流量大的尾矿矿浆进行取样的过程中存在取样器内矿浆流速快、取样量难控制、易沉淀等缺点。针对这些问题,基于水力学竖井旋流消能法原理设计了一种消能式取样器,并使用水工消能法经验公式对消能率进行了推导与计算,最后在云南某选矿厂对斜板浓密机排矿底流进行了测试验证,结果表明:消能取样器不仅可以降低取样器内矿浆的流速且可使其保持在计算范围内,保证了取样器内矿浆的连续稳定流动,而且可以有效防止取样器内矿浆的沉降,所取矿浆样品的颗粒分布不均匀度在1%以内,矿浆样品代表性良好。Traditional pulp sampling process and device used for sampling of the tailings pulp of high concentration and at high flow rate suffered from disadvantages such as difficulty of controlling the quantity of sample to be taken due to the quick flow and easy settlement of pulp in sampler.To solve these problems,an energy dissipation sampler was designed based on the hydraulic shaft energy dissipation theory,and the energy dissipation efficiency was deduced and calculated using the empirical formula of the hydraulic energy dissipation method.Finally,the energy dissipation sampler was tested and verified with the underflow from the thickener with inclined plates inside in a beneficiation plant in Yunnan.The results show that the design of energy dissipation not only slows down the flow of the sampling pulp inside the sampler and keeps the flow rate in the calculated range,but also makes the pulp stream flow continuously and stably and effectively prevents the pulp from settlement in the sampler,as a result,the degree of uneven distribution of particles in sampled pulp was less than 1%,The samples taken were highly representative of the pulp stream.
