摘 要:以盐田老卤为原料,以煤油为稀释剂,采用溶剂萃取法提取硼,对异辛醇、异戊醇、1,3-丙二醇、己二醇及其两两组合的混合醇进行了萃取剂筛选试验,最终确定用异辛醇和己二醇的混合醇作为萃取剂。在此基础上研究了萃取剂体积分数、稀释剂体积分数、有机相与水相之比、pH、转速等对硼萃取率、分配比的影响,结果表明:在己二醇体积分数为70%、稀释剂体积分数为30%、有机相与水相之比为1.3、pH为3、转速为250r/min的最佳工艺条件下得到了硼萃取率高达98.62%、分配比高达91.05的优异萃取指标。Using the brine in salt lake as raw material and kerosene as diluent,extraction of boron by using solvent extraction process was carried out with selection of extractants including isooctanol,isoamyl alcohol,1,3-propanediol,hexanediol and the mixture with two of them.Finally,the mixture of isooctanol and hexanediol was determined as the extractant for extracting boron from the brine.Based on this,the effect of the volume percentage of extractant,the volume percentage of diluent,the ratio of organic phase to water phase,pH in solution and rotation speed on the boron extraction efficiency was studied.The results show that the excellent performance of boron extraction with extraction efficiency of 98.62%and the distribution ratio of 91.05could be achieved under the optimum conditions with hexanediol volume percentage of 70%,diluent volume percentage of 30%,ratio of organic phase to water phase(being 1.3),at pH 3and rotation speed of 250r/min.
