摘　　要：瓮福磷矿在近25年的生产实践中,通过管理模式的创新和新技术、新工艺的应用,在节约土地资源、尾矿再选、废水回用、固废综合利用等方面积累了丰富的经验,为企业创造了良好的生态效益和经济效益。但是瓮福磷矿在资源综合利用方面也面临诸多难题:①a层矿倍半氧化物质量分数偏高,导致在选矿工艺上a层矿的回收率较低,且经过两次重选后倍半氧化物的质量分数仍高达3%,严重制约了a层矿在精细化深加工产业中的应用;②从长远来看,需考虑尾矿产出与消耗平衡的问题;地下采空区不能完全消纳尾矿量,而贵州省已不再新批建设尾矿库,为此,瓮福磷矿正在探索尾矿充填露天采空区的技术,以保证实现“以渣定产”的长期发展目标。Wengfu Phosphate Mine has experienced in saving land resources,retreatment of tailings,reuse of wastewater,comprehensive utilization of solid wastes by means of the innovation of management mode and the application of novel technology in the operating practice for about 25years,from which the company benefited a lot ecologically and economically.However,it also faced following problems in the process of comprehensive utilization of resources:①the high content of R2O3in layer A lead to the low recovery in beneficiation of the ore,and the R2O3content in the concentrate remained as high as 3%even it was produced with two-stage gravity separation,by which the fine and deep processing of layer A ores were restricted seriously;②in the long run,it was necessary to reach the balance between the output and consumption of tailings.The underground mined area was not able to accommodate tailings completely,and the provincial authority would not approve any new construction projects of tailings pond.Therefore,Wengfu Phosphate Mine is intended to develop the technology for filling tailings into the open pit mined area to achieve the long-term development target so called"determining the production on wastes".
