尝试长疗程利妥昔单抗治疗难治性原发性膜性肾病一例

摘　　要：近年来临床上应用利妥昔单抗治疗难治性原发性膜性肾病的报道越来越多,其效果得到肯定。北京大学第三医院肾内科收治1例难治性原发性膜性肾病患者,在激素联合环磷酰胺、环孢素、他克莫司治疗无效后,根据患者病情选用低剂量利妥昔单抗长达2年,患者病情最终得到缓解。In recent years,more and more reports have been reported on the treatment of refractory primary membranous nephropathy with rituximab in bed,and its effect has been confirmed.A case of refractory primary membranous nephropathy was treated in the Department of Nephrology,Peking university Third Hospital.After the treatment of hormone combined with cyclophosphamide,cyclosporine and tacrolimus was ineffective,the patients were treated with low-dose rituximab for 2 years according to their condition,and the condition of the patients was finally relieved.
