摘  要:紫金山金铜矿深部铜矿开采深度达到800m,采用分矿房矿柱两步骤回采的大直径深孔阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法,开采过程中,凿岩硐室和出矿进路均出现冒顶、开裂现象,支护失效和不同程度的破坏,致使支护成本大幅增加。通过原岩应力场现场测试,总结出矿区的原岩应力特点,采用RQD、RMR和Q系统分级方法进行了岩体质量评价,运用UNWEDGE三维楔体稳定性分析软件计算潜在不稳定块体的安全系数,分析不同的喷锚网支护参数对凿岩硐室和出矿进路稳定性的影响,对支护方案和参数进行了优化,系统研究提出了深部采场凿岩硐室布置和巷道支护对策,现场实际应用取得良好效果,保障了生产作业安全和效率。The mining depth of the deep copper mine of Zijinshan Gold-copper Mine reaches 800 m.The large-diameter deep-hole stage open stoping and subsequent filling mining method with two-step stoping of room and pillar was adopted.During the mining process,roof fall and cracking occur in the drilling chamber and the ore removal drift,and the support failure and damage in different degrees lead to the increase of support cost.Through the in-situ stress field test,the characteristics of the in-situ stress in the mining area were summarized.The rock mass quality was evaluated by the classification methods of RQD,RMR and Q system.The safety factor of potential unstable block was calculated by UNWEDGE three-dimensional wedge stability analysis software.The influences of different shotcrete bolt mesh support parameters on the stability of drilling chamber and ore removal drift were analyzed,and the support scheme and parameters were improved.Through systematical study,the layout of drilling chambers and roadway support countermeasures in deep stope were put forward.The field application has achieved good results and ensured the safety and efficiency of production and operation.
