摘  要:尾砂作为充填骨料,对充填质量的影响有许多方面,其中粒级组成是主要影响因素之一。为研究尾砂粒级对膏体充填的影响规律,以某矿生产的全尾砂及5种不同底流产率的分级尾砂为试验材料,开展了尾砂粒级组成测定试验;以不同尾砂为骨料,质量浓度为变量,制备充填料浆,以其屈服应力为分析指标,开展了粒级组成对充填料浆屈服应力影响的流变试验,得出该矿山制备膏体充填料浆选用尾砂骨料的最优级配方案为-20μm粒径占比为18.96%的C分级尾砂。As a filling aggregate,tailings have many influences on the filling quality,among which the grain size composition is one of the main factors.In order to study the influence of tailings grading on paste filling,the full tailings produced in a mine and five different graded tailings with different underflow yields were used as experimental materials to carry out the determination experiment of tailings grain size composition.Taking different tailings as aggregate and mass concentration as variable,filling slurry was prepared.With the yield stress as the analytical index,the rheological experiment of the influence of the grain size composition on the yield stress of the filling slurry was carried out.The results show that the optimal grading scheme for the preparation of the paste filling slurry for the mine is C-grade tailings with particle size of -20μm accounting for 18.96%.
