摘 要:为提高采空区遗煤自然发火预测预报的可靠性与准确性,通过自行设计搭建的采空区煤自燃相似模拟试验平台,模拟了姚桥煤矿8059工作面采空区遗煤自然发火过程,分析采空区遗煤在低温氧化自燃过程中的各种气体产物及其浓度变化规律。并通过程序升温试验,分析煤自然氧化过程中气体产物和温度间的关系,对煤低温氧化过程中产生的指标气体进行优选,得到了CO、CO2、CH4、C2H4、C2H6气体的变化规律,通过比较,决定把CO作为预测煤自燃的主要指标气体,C2H4、C2H6作为辅助参考指标气体。研究结果对采空区遗煤自燃预测及其治理具有一定的指导作用。In order to improve the reliability and accuracy of prediction on spontaneous combustion of goaf residual coal,the spontaneous combustion process of goaf residual coal in 8059 working face of Yaoqiao Coal Mine was simulated by self-designed similar simulation experimental platform,and the gas products and their concentration variation rules in the process of lowtemperature oxidation and spontaneous combustion of goaf coal were analyzed.Through the programmed temperature experiments,the relationship between gas products and temperature in the process of coal natural oxidation was analyzed.The index gases produced in the process of coal oxidation in low temperature were selected.The change rules of CO,CO2,CH4,C2H4 and C2H6 were obtained.Through comparison,it is determined that CO is the main index gas for predicting coal spontaneous combustion,and C2H4 and C2H6 are used as auxiliary reference gas.The research results have a certain guiding role in the prediction and control of spontaneous combustion of goaf residual coal.
