对经产妇产后实施耳穴埋籽的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对经产妇产后实施耳穴埋籽的效果。方法选取2019年3~12月南通市第三人民医院妇产科80例自然分娩的经产妇作为研究对象,用随机数字表法分为研究组(40例)和对照组(40例)。两组均实施相同的助产技术和产后护理,在此基础上,对研究组进行耳穴埋籽,记录并比较两组经产妇产后第1、2 d会阴疼痛、会阴肿胀、产后2 h及24 h出血量、产后第1次排尿时间、产后宫缩痛及母乳喂养成功率。结果研究组与对照组比较,会阴疼痛及肿胀程度减轻,研究组产后2 h出血量(193.85±47.513)mL及24 h出血量(255.28±35.887)mL比对照组〔(201.50±34.774)mL、(296.38±49.510)mL〕减少、研究组产后第1次排尿时间(198.00±22.72)min较对照组(219.75±35.71)min缩短、研究组产后宫缩痛(4.80±0.853)较对照组(5.90±1.24)减轻,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组产后母乳喂养成功率(95.00%)与对照组(95.00%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.646)。结论耳穴埋籽在减少经产妇产后2 h、24 h出血量、改善会阴伤口疼痛及肿胀、缓解产后宫缩痛、缩短产后第1次排尿时间方面有一定的效果,可提高经产妇产后舒适度和生活质量,临床应用安全有效。Objective To explore the effect of auricular seed implantation for postpartum women.Methods From March to December 2019,80 women who gave birth naturally in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Nantong Third People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a study group(40 cases)and a control group(40 cases)by a random number table.Both groups implemented the same midwifery technology and postpartum care.On this basis,the study group was implanted with auricular seed,and perineal pain,perineal swelling,bleeding at 2 h and 24 h postpartum,first urination time,postpartum uterine contractions and breastfeeding success rate were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the perineal pain and swelling of the study group were reduced.The postpartum bleeding volume in the study group was(193.85±47.513)mL and the 24 h bleeding volume(255.28±35.887)mL were reduced compared with those in the control group[(201.50±34.774)mL,(296.38±49.510)mL];the first urination time(198.00±22.72)min in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(219.75±35.71)min,and the postpartum contractions in the study group(4.80±0.853)were reduced compared with the control group(5.90±1.24),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postpartum breastfeeding success rate of the study group(95.00%)was compared with that of the control group(95.00%),and the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.646).Conclusion Auricular seed implantation has a certain effect in reducing the bleeding volume of the postpartum 2 h and 24 h,improving the pain and swelling of the perineal wound,alleviating the postpartum contraction pain,shortening the first urination time after delivery.It can improve the comfort and quality of life of postpartum women,and the clinical application is safe and effective.
