摘  要:脑出血(Intracerebral hemorrhage,ICH)是一种危害严重的神经系统损伤性疾病。黄芩苷是中药黄芩的主要有效成分,药理活性众多,广泛用于治疗神经系统疾病。首先,总结了黄芩苷对脑出血的药理作用,包括控制脑水肿、控制炎症反应、神经细胞凋亡、抗氧化应激、调节兴奋性氨基酸(EAA)/抑制性氨基酸(IAA)失衡、抑制凝血酶受体高表达等方面。其次,根据出血性脑损伤的致病机理,结合黄芩苷的药理作用,对其可能存在的潜在作用机制进行了分析。黄芩苷对脑出血的潜在预防作用包括扩张血管及降压、降血脂、抗动脉粥样硬化、保护血管内皮细胞损伤等。黄芩苷还可能通过减少细胞自噬、调节小胶质细胞活性及抑制神经细胞“铁死亡”对出血性脑损伤发挥潜在保护作用。通过对潜在作用的分析,以期为黄芩苷治疗出血性脑损伤的研究提供参考。Intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH)is a kind of serious nervous system injury disease.Baicalin is the main effective component of the Traditional Chinese medicine Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,which has many pharmacological activities and is widely used in the treatment of nervous system diseases.Firstly,the pharmacological effects of baicalin on ICH were summarized in this paper,which including control of brain edema,inflammatory response,neuronal apoptosis,resistance to oxidative stress,regulation of excitatory amino acid(EAA)/inhibitory amino acid(IAA)imbalance,inhibition of thrombin receptor overexpression.Secondly,this paper analyzes other potential mechanisms of effect by combining the pharmacological actions of baicalin with the pathogenesis of ICH.The potential preventive effects of baicalin on ICH include dilatation of blood vessels and blood pressure,blood lipid lowering,anti-atherosclerosis,protection of vascular endothelial cell injury.Baicalin may play a potential protective role in ICH by reducing autophagy and inhibiting the“ferroptosis”of nerve cells.Through the analysis of the potential efficacy,it is expected to provide reference for the study of baicalin in the treatment of ICH.
