摘　　要：目的:确定伤科解毒颗粒的成型工艺。方法:以软材情况、软材制粒情况、成型率、颗粒外观、溶化性、口感、吸湿率、流动性为指标,考察辅料种类、加入乙醇和辅料比例、烘干条件。结果:最终确定的成型工艺为清膏中以20%的比例加入75%乙醇搅拌均匀,在以清膏∶蔗糖∶糊精(2∶5∶3)的比例加入辅料,混匀,过14目筛制粒,湿颗粒于70℃烘干6 h,过10目筛和60目筛整粒,即得。结论:本品为棕黄色颗粒,味甜、苦。颗粒颜色大小均匀,性状稳定,服用和携带方便,吸收好,疗效好,符合临床用药要求。Objective:To determine the molding process of Shangke Jiedu granules.Methods:The type of excipients,the proportion of ethanol and excipients,and the drying conditions were investigated with the conditions of soft materials,granulation of soft materials,molding rate,particle appearance,solubility,taste,hygroscopicity and fluidity.Results:The final molding process is to add 75%ethanol to the clear paste at a ratio of 20%and stir evenly,add the auxiliary materials at the ratio of clear paste:sucrose:dextrin(2∶5∶3),mix well,and pass 14 mesh sieve granulation,dry the wet granules at 70℃for 6 h,pass through a 10 mesh sieve and a 60 mesh sieve,and then get the granules.Conclusion:This product is brown-yellow particles with sweet and bitter taste.The granules have uniform color and size,stable properties,easy to take and carry,good in absorption and good in curative effect,which meet the requirements of clinical medication.
