中药复方治疗子宫内膜异位症实验研究进展

摘　　要：对国内外文献报道的具有治疗子宫内膜异位症作用的10种中药复方进行综述,从抗炎免疫调节、抑制血管新生、诱导细胞凋亡和抑制细胞侵袭转移等角度分析中药复方治疗子宫内膜异位症的多成分、多靶点协同起效作用机理,为临床了解中药复方治疗子宫内膜异位症的药理作用特点提供借鉴与参考,也为基于中药复方的抗子宫内膜异位症新药研究开拓新思路。Traditional Chinese medicine has good clinical efficacy in treating endometriosis(EMs).The author reviewed ten Chinese compound prescriptions which has been reported with effect of treating EMs,and analyzed the multi-targets system synergistic effect of these ten compound prescriptions from the mechanism of anti-inflammatory immune regulation,inhibition of angiogenesis,induction apoptosis,inhibition cell invasion and migration.The purpose is to provide a reference for the clinical understanding of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine formula as a reference in treatment with EMs,and it also opens up new ideas for the new drugs research for endometriosis based on traditional Chinese medicine.
