摘  要:目的:基于中医传承辅助系统软件,分析《临证指南医案》中治疗淋带方剂的组方用药规律。方法:收集整理《临证指南医案·卷九·淋带》中治疗淋带方剂,通过中医传承辅助系统基于关联规则和熵聚类分析的数据挖掘方法,分析比较方剂之间药味组成变化,总结核心药物和组方规律。结果:对筛选出的《临证指南医案·卷九·淋带》中治疗淋带相关方剂22首和涉及中药53味进行分析,确定处方中各种药物的使用频数、药物之间的关联规则,演化得到核心组合12个,新处方6个。结论:叶天士治疗淋带方剂组方注重补肾固本,并以调和气血、温润通补、固涩镇摄之法并施。同时体现了叶天士奇经辨证的学术思想,善用血肉有情之品补益奇经。Objective:To analyze the prescription rule of Lindai in Guide Clinical Practice Medical Records,based on the software of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS).Methods:The prescriptions for the treatment of Lindai were collected in Guide Clinical Practice Medical Records Volume IX.The data mining method is based on association rules and entropy clustering analysis of TCMISS.Then the change of drug flavor composition was analyzed and compared among the prescriptions,and the core drugs and prescription rules were summarized.Results:Totally 22 prescriptions and 53 herbs were analyzed to determine the use frequency and association rules of various medications in the prescription.Evolution resulted in 12 core combinations and six new prescriptions.Conclusion:YE Tian-shi pays attention to tonifying the kidney and strengthening body resistance,harmonizing Qi and blood,warming and moistening,tonifying,astringent and tranquilizing.In the meantime,it embodies YE Tian-shi's academic thought of the eight extra-meridians syndrome differentiation.He makes good use of flesh and blood to enrich the eight extra-meridians.
