仇湘中治疗骨伤杂病用药经验

摘　　要：总结仇湘中教授治疗骨伤杂病的用药经验。仇湘中教授临床常用药对增强疗效,如黄芪与当归,全蝎与穿山甲,党参与丹参,砂仁与熟地黄;善用虫类药、藤类药搜风通络,舒筋活血;引经药作为特定病位的专药,随症加减用,临床收效满意。列举股骨头无菌性坏死、腰椎间盘源性腰痛、神经根型颈椎病3则验案。Objective:To summarize Professor QIU Xiang-zhong's experience in the treatment of bone injury and miscellaneous diseases.Professor QIU Xiang-zhong commonly used Chinese medicine pair to enhance the curative effect,such as Huangqi(astragalus membranaceus)and Danggui(angelica),Quanxie(scorpion)and Chuanshanjia(pangolin),Dangshen(codonopsis pilosula)and Danshen(salvia miltiorrhiza),and Shanren(amomum villosum)and Shudihuang(rehmannia preparata).He is good at using insect drugs and rattan drugs to expell wind,dredge collaterals,relax tendons and activate blood circulation.As a special medicine for specific disease position,the clinical effect is satisfactory.There were three cases listed in this paper,including aseptic necrosis of femoral head,lumbar discogenic low back pain and cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
