摘　　要：总结刘金文教授治疗骨折延迟愈合及骨不连学术经验。刘金文教授在长期的中医临床工作中以“中西合参、标本兼治、筋骨并重、动静结合”为核心理念治疗骨不连。无手术指征的骨折延迟愈合及骨不连采用内治法治疗时,重在调补肝肾,补气活血以治其本,在此基础上辨证论治,配伍精准,标本兼治;外治法则重在“祛瘀活血舒筋”。治疗过程中应医患合作,“动中有静,静中有动”,促进骨折愈合。This paper summarizes professor LIU Jin-wen's experience in clinical treatment of delayed union and nonunion.Professor LIU Jin-wen summed up a set of clinical experience in the treatment of nonunion in the long-term clinical work of Chinese Medicine,with the core concept of"Chinese and Western integration,specimen and treatment,both muscles and bones,dynamic and static combination".In the treatment of delayed union and nonunion of fracture without operation indication,the emphasis is on regulating liver and kidney,invigorating Qi and activating blood to cure its root.On this basis,syndrome differentiation and treatment are carried out with precise compatibility,treating both manifestation and root cause of disease.The external treatment is based on"removing blood stasis,activating blood and relaxing tendons".In the process of treatment,we should cooperate with doctors and patients,so as to achieve"static in motion,dynamic in static"and promote fracture healing.
