辜孔进针药结合治疗小儿抽动秽语综合征的经验

摘　　要：介绍了辜孔进针药合用治疗小儿抽动秽语综合征的经验。辜孔进认为小儿抽动秽语综合征的病机关键在于肝脾失调,风动痰扰,提出治疗的关键在于平肝健脾祛痰定惊。临证用药辨证施治,通过经络及脏腑辨证选穴,并运用舌针提高临床疗效。认为小儿抽动秽语综合征的形成是一个复杂的、综合性的过程,除了针药治疗,还要注意患儿心理行为的干预和家长与孩子相处模式的调整,必要时寻求心理医生的支持,以避免患儿症状缓解后因心理因素的影响而出现症状反复。This paper introduced Professor GU Kong-jin's clinical experience in children tourette syndrome by acupuncture combined with medicine.In clinical practice,Professor GU Kong-jin considers the pathogenesis of children tourette syndrome is the disorder of the spleen and the liver and wind-phlegm disturbance,and puts forward the key of the treatment to calming the liver,strengthening the spleen,eliminating phlegm and stabilizing convulsion.He uses medicine according to syndrome differentiation,chooses acupoints according to meridians and organs differentiation,besides,he uses treatment characteristics of tongue acupuncture to improve clinical efficacy.He thinks that the formation of tourette syndrome is a complex and comprehensive process.Besides acupuncture and medicine,we should pay attention to the intervention of children's psychological behavior and the adjustment of parents'relationship mode with children.If necessary,we should seek the support of the psychologist to avoid repeated symptoms after the children's symptoms are relieved due to the influence of psychological factors.
