坦桑尼亚桑给巴尔地区传统医学和中医针灸的现状与发展

摘　　要：从医疗政策、临床治疗、教育、科研和产业等方面介绍坦桑尼亚桑给巴尔地区传统医学和中医针灸的发展现状。桑给巴尔传统医学目前还处于初级阶段,行业规范还没有制定;只有少数民间医生依靠经验传承使用简单的草药在私人诊所为患者治疗;各大学还没有开设传统医学方面的专业和课程;传统医学的科研还处于空白阶段;传统医药产业主要集中在丁香的种植、采摘和加工;中医针灸的诊治仅限在一所公立医院和三家私人诊所,针灸培训主要依靠中国政府人力资源援外培训项目和援外医生的带教,中医针灸的研究主要在于针灸治疗急性腰扭伤和呃逆等常见病的临床报告。建议桑给巴尔政府加大传统医药的投入和开发利用,培养专业人才,开展国际交流和合作办学,推动传统医学和中医针灸在桑给巴尔的快速发展。This paper summaries the status and development of traditional medicine and Chinese acupuncture in Zanzibar,Tanzania,from the perspectives of medical policy,clinical treatment,education,scientific research and industrialization.Traditional medicine is still in its infancy and the unified standards have not been formulated yet in Zanzibar.Only several folk doctors are using simple herbs to treat patients in private clinics.There is no school offering specialties or courses on traditional medicine.The research of traditional medicine is still blank.The industry of traditional medicine is restricted to the growing,picking and processing of cloves.Chinese acupuncture is only practiced in one public hospital and three private clinics.The training of acupuncturists mainly relies on the human resources training program for developing countries supported by the Chinese government and the teaching by acupuncture doctors from China Medical Team.The research of Chinese acupuncture is limited to the clinical case reports of acute lumbar sprain and hiccup.It is suggested that Zanzibar government should increase the investment in developing and utilizing traditional medicine,train more professionals and practitioners and initiate more international exchange and education programs to promote the development of traditional medicine and Chinese acupuncture in Zanzibar.
