摘 要:目的:评价复方黄连灌肠液的体外抑菌活性。方法:采用倍比稀释法考察复方黄连灌肠液对大肠埃希菌、沙门氏菌、双歧杆菌、白色念珠菌等8种代表性菌株的体外抑菌活性,测定抑菌圈大小、最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果:复方黄连灌肠液对8种代表性菌株均呈现不同程度的抑菌作用,以金黄色葡萄球菌最敏感;金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC为0.027,5 mg/mL,沙门氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌的MIC为0.055,0 mg/mL,大肠埃希菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、双歧杆菌、白色念珠菌、黑曲霉菌的MIC为0.110,0mg/mL;对金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌的MBC为0.055,0 mg/mL,铜绿假单胞菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、双歧杆菌、白色念珠菌的MBC为0.110,0 mg/mL;大肠埃希菌、黑曲霉菌的MBC为0.220,0 mg/mL;复方黄连灌肠液对8种代表性菌种的抑菌圈均在10~20 mm范围内,属于中度敏感。结论:复方黄连灌肠液具有明显的体外抑菌活性,对肠道常见菌群具有广谱的抑菌作用。Objective:To evaluate the antibacterial activity of Fufang Huanglian Guanchangye in vitro.Methods:The method of multiple dilution was used to investigate the in vitro antibacterial activity of Fufang Huanglian Guanchangye against 8 representative strains of Escherichia coli,Salmonella,Bifidobacterium,Candida albicans and so on.The size of inhibition zone,minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)were determined.Results:Fufang Huanglian Guanchangye showed varying degrees of antibacterial effect on 8 representative strains,with Staphylococcus aureus being the most sensitive.The MIC of Staphylococcus aureus was 0.027,5 mg/mL,the MIC of Salmonella and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 0.055,0 mg/mL,the MIC of Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Bifidobacterium,Candida albicans,and Aspergillus niger was0.110,0 mg/mL,the MBC of Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella was 0.055,0 mg/mL,the MBC of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Bacillus subtilis,Bifidobacterium,and Candida albicans was 0.110,0 mg/mL,the MBC of Escherichia coli and Aspergillus niger was 0.220,0 mg/mL.The inhibition zone of Fufang Huanglian Guanchangye to the 8 representative bacterial species was within the range of 10-20 mm,which is moderately sensit ive.Conclusion:Fufang Huanglian Guanchangye has obvious antibacterial activity in vitro and broad-spectrum antibacterial effect on common intestinal flora.
