摘 要:目的:研究参力胶囊(药粉)对辐射大鼠的治疗及预防作用。方法:SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、安多霖治疗组、安多霖预防组、参力治疗组、参力预防组。各治疗组辐射后连续给药10 d,各预防组给药10 d后辐射。观察药物对5Gy照射下大鼠的造血系统、免疫系统、肝肾功能的影响。结果:与空白组比较,模型组大鼠WBC、PLT、RBC、HGB明显降低(P<0.05),参力治疗组白细胞数量明显提高(P<0.05);与空白组比较,模型组胸腺指数、脾指数明显下降(P<0.05),参力治疗组胸腺指数明显提高(P<0.05);与空白组比较,模型组肝脏ALT明显上升(P<0.05),参力治疗组ALT含量明显降低(P<0.05);与空白组比较,模型组抗氧化指标CAT、SOD明显降低(P<0.05),MDA含量明显上升(P<0.05),GSH-Px量明显降低(P<0.05)。参力治疗组MDA含量明显下降(P<0.05),GSH-Px量明显上升(P<0.05)。结论:辐射能明显影响大鼠的免疫系统及抗氧化系统,造成严重损伤。参力胶囊能在一定程度上提升免疫能力及抗氧化能力并降低肝脏损伤。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic and preventive effects of Shenli Capsule(powder)on irradiated rats.Methods:SD rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,Anduolin treatment group,Anduolin prevention group,Shenli treatment group,and Shenli prevention group.Each treatment group was given continuous administration for 10 days after the end of radiation,and each prevention group was given radiation after 10 days of administration.Observe the effects of drugs on the hematopoietic system,immune system,liver and kidney function of rats under 5 Gy irradiation.Results:Compared with the blank group,WBC,PLT,RBC and HGB in the model group were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the number of white blood cells in the Shenli treatment group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the blank group,the thymus index and spleen index of the model group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the thymus index of the Shenli treatment group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the blank group,the liver ALT of the model group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the ALT content of the Shenli treatment group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the blank group,the antioxidant indexes CAT and SOD of the model group were significantly reduced(P<0.05),the content of MDA was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the amount of GSH-Px was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The MDA content in the Shenli treatment group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the GSH-Px content was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Radiation energy significantly affects the immune system and antioxidant system of rats,causing serious damage.Shenli Capsule can improve immunity and antioxidant capacity to a certain extent,and reduce liver damage.
