六字诀对肺系疾病肺功能康复的研究进展

摘　　要：介绍了六字诀的源流,总结了六字诀对肺系疾病康复的研究进展。认为六字诀能促进肺系疾病患者肺功能的康复,有效提高患者运动耐量,降低炎性因子水平,提高免疫功能,改善生活质量,同时还能缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,最终实现患者身心康复。This paper introduces the origin and development of Liuzijue(六字诀),and summarizes the research progress of Liuzijue(六字诀)on the rehabilitation of pulmonary diseases.Liuzijue(六字诀)can promote the recovery of lung function in patients with lung diseases,effectively improve the exercise tolerance of patients,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve the level of immune factors,improve the quality of life,at the same time,it can relieve the anxiety and depression of patients,and finally achieve the physical and mental recovery of patients.
