摘　　要：目的:对中医药治疗黄疸相关文献进行分析,探索该领域的研究现状和热点。方法:从中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、Web of Science等常用中英文数据库中,检索2010—2019年关于中医药治疗黄疸的文献,应用文献计量学的研究方法和CiteSpace软件从时间、期刊、文献被引量、作者、研究机构、文献地区分布、关键词等方面进行分析。结果:共筛选纳入7433篇文献,其中中文文献7040篇,英文文献393篇。中文文献发文量2014年后呈下降趋势;英文文献发文量呈上升趋势;中文文献发文最多的前三位作者均来自于湖南中医药大学第一附属医院;英文文献发文最多的机构是上海中医药大学;中文文献表明新生儿黄疸、黄疸型肝炎、胆汁淤积性黄疸、妊娠期黄疸等方面为主要研究领域;英文文献表明治疗黄疸植物的化学成分分析等方面为主要研究领域。结论:对中医药治疗黄疸相关文献进行文献计量学分析,相对直观地展示了近十年的研究现状和热点,为黄疸相关研究提供参考。Objective:To analyze the literature about the treatment of jaundice with Chinese Medicine,and explore the research status and hot spots in this field.Methods:From the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and web of science,the literatures about the treatment of jaundice with Chinese Medicine were searched in the past ten years from 2010 to 2019.The research methods of bibliometrics and CiteSpace software were applied to analyze the time,journals,cited quantity of literature,authors,research institutions,regional distribution of literature and keywords.Results:A total of 7433 documents were selected,including 7040 in Chinese and 393 in English.Chinese literature began to decline in 2014;English literature as a whole showed an upward trend;The three authors who published the most in Chinese literature were all from The First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine;The organization which published the most in English literature was Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine;Chinese literature showed that neonatal jaundice,icteric hepatitis,cholestatic jaundice,jaundice during pregnancy and other aspects were the main research fields;English literature showed that the chemical composition analysis of jaundice treatment plants was the main research fields.Conclusion:The bibliometric analysis of the literature related to the treatment of jaundice with Chinese Medicine showed the current situation and hot spot of the research in the past decade,and provided reference for the future research and development direction.
