中药抗病毒研究的文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的:探索中药抗病毒研究领域文献的研究热点与前沿。方法:使用NoteExpress分析研究文献的增长规律,CiteSpace软件分析中药抗病毒领域的作者与发文机构合作关系、研究热点和前沿。结果:纳入2222篇文献,合作关系分析发现该领域的核心科研团体尚未形成,团队之间交流较弱。综合关键词的共现、聚类、timeline及突现分析结果发现研究热点与前沿随着年代发展出现变迁,1994—1999年研究热点与前沿以中药的普遍抗病毒作用为主,2000—2004年过渡为对具体病毒的作用,2005—2015年变迁为兽医及中西医结合领域,2016—2019年主要关注中药抗病毒的药理作用与作用机制。结论:中药抗病毒研究与新发病毒性疾病流行密切相关,预测关于抗病毒中药的临床综合性多中心应用性研究将成为未来5年的研究热点。Objective:To explore the hotspots and frontier of literatures on antiviral research of Chinese Medicine.Methods:NoteExpress was applied to analyze the law of literature growth,and CiteSpace was introduced to identify the cooperation between authors and publishing institutions,research hotspots and frontiers.Results:Totally 2222 articles were included in analysis.According to the analysis of cooperative relationship,core research group in this field was not formed,and the communication between the groups was weak.Comprehensive keyword co-occurrence,cluster,timeline and burst found that hotspots and frontiers was changed with the time development.From 1994 to 1999,hotspots and frontiers were dominated by the universal antiviral effect of Chinese Medicine;Hotspots and frontiers was antiviral effect of specific viruses from 2000 to 2004;Veterinary medicine,combination of the western medicine and Chinese Medicine was the hotspots and frontiers from2005 to 2015;The research focus is mainly on pharmacological and action of antiviral mechanism of Chinese Medicine from 2016 to 2019.Conclusion:The development of antiviral research of Chinese Medicine is closely related to the popular of new virus.Multi-center study on antiviral Chinese Medicine will be research hot topics in the next five years.
