基于《陈应龙针灸医案》探析陈应龙治疗癫狂学术经验

摘　　要：闽南近现代著名气功针灸学家、澄江学派传人陈应龙先生,对临床上的疑难杂症有着独特的临证经验,著有《陈应龙针灸医案》一书。本文基于医案,探析其临床治疗癫狂病的学术经验。他注重阴阳转化的同时不忘从血论治,辨证选穴的同时,依据病程长短选取经验穴来合理组方,擅用带气行针的子午补泻手法以提高临床疗效,提出候面色改变来判断疗效,强调立德治神,以心易心。CHEN Ying-long,a well-known Qigong acupuncturist in southern Fujian and a descendant of the Chengjiang County School,has unique clinical experience in the treatment of difficult and complicated diseases.He is the author of CHEN Ying-long Acupuncture Medical Case.This paper explores his academic experience on delusional disorder based on the medical case analysis.He pays attention to the transformation of Yin and Yang,and treats diseases by blood.He selects acupuncture point based on syndrome differentiation and makes up reasonable formula with experience point according to the length of the course.CHEN Ying-long is good at using meridian tonifying and relieving techniques with acupuncture needles to improve clinical efficacy,and he proposes changes of complexion to judge the efficacy,and emphasizes the rule of virtue and treating Shen,with heart to heart.
