摘  要:易耗型热电偶具有响应速度快、反应灵敏的优点,并且操作简便,利于温度测试过程中的监测,因此在航空领域的热工艺设备温度测量中,得以广泛使用。在使用易耗型热电偶时,需考虑其使用温度和次数控制、应用环境等因素。本文从测量端的制作、捆绑及保护等方面,讨论了易耗型热电偶应用中所产生的问题并给出了解决方案,以期确保测量准确度、延长热电偶使用寿命。Nonexpendable thermocouples have the advantages of quick and sensitive response as well as easy operation,which are conductive to monitoring during temperature measurement.Therefore,they are widely used in temperature measurement of aerospace field.The factors of use temperature and number of use as well as environment applied of nonexpendable thermocouples shall be considered during application.This essay discusses from the aspects of measurement junction making,binding and protecting etc.the problems of occurrence during application of nonexpendable thermocouples and problem solutions are proposed as well.It is expected that the testing accuracy of nonexpendable thermocouples is ensured and service life of nonexpendable thermocouples is extended.
