摘  要:研制高阻计检定用标准电阻模拟装置,用于高阻计检定校准。该高阻计检定装置通过测量输入电压,输出可控精准电流源的原理,模拟出高阻值电阻。缓冲补偿电路用于补偿被测设备零位,提高模拟精度。与实物电阻比较,模拟出的高阻值量程提高3个数量级,体积大幅度减少,精度明显提升,成本降低。研制出的高阻计检定装置,用于高阻计检定,比传统高阻电阻箱更方便。The purpose of this paper is tointroduce a standard resistance simulation device for high resistance meter calibration.The device simulate the high value resistance by the method that to measure the input voltage and output controllable accurate current souce.A buffer compensation circuit is used to compensate the zero position of the device under test to improve the simulation accuracy.Compared with the physical resistance,the simulated high resistance range is increased by three orders of magnitude,the size of the device is greatly reduced,the accuracy is significantly improved,and thecost is reduced.For the high resistance meter calibration,this device is more convenient than the traditional high resistance box.
