摘　　要：为满足生产工艺要求,考虑原有生产车间特点,研发了可扩展组合式长线台座法预制构件生产线,并重点阐述了振捣和侧翻一体化设备、移动式装备摆渡设备、自行移动式边模、钢筋运输安装一体化设备等可移动式装备的构造要求,以期为预制构件生产线及装备的研发与应用提供参考和借鉴。In order to meet requirements of production process and considering characteristics of the original workshop,the expandable combined long line pedestal prefabricated component production line is developed.The structural requirements of movable equipment such as vibration and rollover integrated equipment,mobile equipment ferry equipment,self-propelled side formwork and integrated equipment for steel transportation and installation are elaborated to provide a reference for remodeler and application of traditional prefabricated component production line.
