摘  要:近年来肾脏疾病的患病率逐年增加,对肾损伤的早发现和早干预是避免肾功能进一步恶化的关键,因此寻找一种可以早期反应肾脏损伤的生物标志物尤为重要。肾损伤分子-1(KIM-1)是一种Ⅰ型跨膜糖蛋白,在肾脏损伤时表达迅速增加,其水平随着肾脏损伤程度增加而增,并且KIM-1可能通过不同的分子位点在肾脏修复和损伤过程中发挥着作用。尿液及血液KIM-1与各种原因导致的急性肾损伤、慢性肾脏病、IgA肾病、过敏性紫癜肾炎、肾脏肿瘤等疾病有关,KIM-1不仅是肾脏损伤的早期生物标志物,而且在预测肾脏预后方面具有潜在的作用。本文就KIM-1与肾脏疾病的研究进展进行综述。In recent years,the prevalence of renal diseases has increased year by year.Early detection and early intervention of renal injury is the key to avoid further deterioration of renal function.Therefore,it is particularly important to find a biomarker that can early reflect renal injury.Kidney injury molecule-1(KIM-1)is a typeⅠmembrane protein,and expression increases rapidly during kidney injury,and its level increases with the degree of kidney injury.KIM-1 may play a role in the process of renal repair and injury through different molecular sites.KIM-1 in urine and blood are associated with various causes of acute renal injury,chronic renal disease,IgA nephropathy,henoch-schonlein purpura kidney and renal tumor.KIM-1 is not only an early biomarker of renal injury,but also has a potential role in predicting renal prognosis.This article reviews the research progress of KIM-1 and renal diseases.
