钢管塔地脚螺栓受拉特性有限元分析研究

摘  要:利用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立了特高压钢管塔的整体模型,研究受拉状态下塔腿节点处的弯矩分布规律,然后建立精细化的塔脚节点模型,研究地脚螺栓拉力的分布特性。研究发现,塔腿主材受拉时存在较大的弯矩,受拉时的次应力比高达0.3~0.4,且与受压时的弯矩分布规律类似;因塔脚法兰异形和弯矩的影响,各脚螺栓拉力分布不均匀性,内侧螺栓拉力高于平均值,尤其是当主、支管采用插板连接时,差异显著。弯距越大主支管夹角越小、节点板尺寸相对加劲板越大、地螺拉力分布的不均匀性越显著。根据有限元分析结果,提出降低地脚螺栓受拉不均匀性的构造措施和设计建议。First,FEM models of UHV transmit-electricity steel tube tower are established by ANSYS finite element analysis software,and the moment in the tower leg joints under tension is studied.Then,refined models of the tower leg joint are established and the distribution characteristics of the foundation bolts are studied under tension.It is found that the moment in the main member of tower legs under tension should not be neglected,and the secondary stress ratio is as high as 0.3~0.4,and the moment distribution law are similar when under tension and pressure.Because of the influence of flange shape and moment,the tensions in foundation bolts are different,and the tensions of inner bolts are higher than the mean value,especially when the main tube and branch tube are connected by tube-gusset plate.With the increase of joint plate size and moment value,and the decrease of the angle between main tube and branch tube,the difference of tensions in foundation bolts is more significant.At last,some design suggestions are offered according to the finite element analysis results.
