特高压GIL综合管廊及引接站一体化监控系统研究

摘　　要：苏通GIL综合管廊项目是GIL设备在1000 kV特高压综合管廊工程中的首次应用,1000 kV GIL设备安装在穿越长江的综合管廊中,连接两岸的1000 kV架空线路。从运检需求、GIL监控系统功能等角度出发,详细研究总体网络结构与安全防护,分析感应电流快速释放装置的控制联锁,并提出了GIL监控系统平台与第三方接入系统的接口,给出了完整的特高压GIL综合管廊及引接站监控系统设计方案。Sutong GIL multi-utility tunnel is the first application of GIL equipment in 1000 kV ultra-high voltage multi-utility tunnel project,1000 kV GIL is installed in multi-utility tunnel crossing the Yangtze River,1000 kV overhead line stride across both sides is connected by 1000 kV GIL.By taking GIL monitoring system function and requirement for operation management into consideration,the whole network structure and the security protection is studied in detail;and then,interlock control for induced current quickly release device is analyzed,the interface between monitoring system platform and third party system is provided,as well,a complete design scheme for supervision and control system in ultra-high voltage GIL multi-utility tunnel and connection station is proposed at last.
