摘　　要：从造价系统的系统体系架构、功能设计、应用效果、研发方法等方面,介绍工程造价信息管理与分析系统的设计、研发及项目管理。系统的上线运行提升了基于历史工程数据的特定技术方案投资测算能力,同时也为后续即将开展的工程总包项目计划、过程及成本管控需求提供支撑。The article introduces the design,development and project management of the Project Cost Information Management and Analysis System from the aspects of system architecture,functional design,application effects,and research and development methods of the system.The online operation of the system improves its ability of investment estimation of specific technical proposal based on historical project data,meanwhile,provides support for the planning,process and cost control requirements of future EPC projects.
