摘 要:对2015年世锦赛、2016年奥运会、2017年世锦赛男子200 m自由泳决赛阶段运动员的分段成绩、划频、划幅、游速等数据进行统计学分析,分层次探讨世界优秀男子运动员在200 m自由泳速度节奏策略方面的竞技特征。研究表明:当前世界优秀男子运动员200 m自由泳总体运用的是"快启"+"匀速"策略;第1分段划频最为关键,决定了后程划频的整体频率;奖牌选手(1~3名)与非奖牌选手(5~8名)的差异在第4个划频;第2分段、第3分段划幅具有承前启后的作用,是奖牌选手保持游速的核心;奖牌选手第3个、第4个50 m与非奖牌选手分段成绩呈现显著性差异;两个级别选手第4个游速的提升均是靠保持划幅加快划频获得,奖牌选手更明显。By making a statistical analysis of segmental performances, stroke frequency, stroke speed and swimming speed in men’s 200-meter freestyle finals in the 2015 World Championships, the 2016 Olympic Games, and the 2017 World Championships, this paper explores world excellent athletes’ competitive characteristics in pacing strategy in men’s 200-meter freestyle swimming race. The results show that excellent athletes generally employ the "quick start" + "uniform speed" strategy in men’s 200-meter freestyle swimming race;in the first segment, stroke frequency is the most critical, which determines the overall stroke frequency in the following segments, and the difference in stroke frequency between medal winners(the top three) and non-winners(the 5 th-8 th places) occurs in the fourth segment;the stroke length in the second and the third segment plays a transitional function and is vital for medal winners to maintain their speed;medal winners and non-winners present a significant difference in their performances in the third and the fourth 50 m, and both medal winners and non-winners attaining their speed by maintaining their stroke length and speeding up stroke frequency, and this is more obvious in medal winners.
