摘 要:为评价膨化饲料与硬颗粒饲料,开展了两种饲料类型对台湾泥鳅摄食和生长性能影响的试验。膨化、硬颗粒两种试验饲料采用相同的饲料配方和原料,试验分为两个处理组,每个处理组15个重复养殖缸,饱食投喂,养殖期30 d。结果显示,与硬颗粒饲料组对比,膨化饲料组的摄食率、饵料系数显著降低(P<0.05),相对生长率和特定生长率差异不显著(P>0.05),鱼体体成分含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。因此,泥鳅养殖中采用膨化饲料可节约饲料。A feeding trial was conducted on comparison of feeding extruded and pelleted diet on growth performance of loach.The same feed formula and raw materials were used for the extruded and pellet feed.The experiment was divided into two groups,each group had 15 replicates with feed⁃ing satiation for 30 days.The results showed that feeding rate and the feed conversion rate of the extruded feed group was significantly lower than that of the pelleted feed group(P<0.05),and the difference of relative growth rate and specific growth rate between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05),and the body composition of fish be⁃tween the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).Therefore,the extruded feed can replace the tradi⁃tional pellet feed and save the feed.
